2022 // Located on Pelican Hill in Istanbul, the mansion has a closed area of 1800 m2 in a land of 4500 m2. Mansion has a total of 3 halls, 9 bedrooms, indoor parking lot, pool, winter garden and social areas such as a movie theater, study room and library. Exterior design is inspired by classical English architectural style. All built-in and movable furniture and accessories in the project were exclusively designed by RichArt for this project and produced in our atelier.

In the living room, which has an extremely eye-catching style, an aura of luxury and splendor dominates, with the extraordinary design of the crystal chandelier with hanging pendants dripping into the room and golden details. The contrast of wood and warm earthy tones with the coldness and contemporary finish of metal is pleasant and well-balanced. A space where luxury and magnificence make itself felt in every square meter. Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and dressing room share the same energy as the living room. In the winter garden, soft textures and neutral tones dominate, creating a more modest and serene space.
